Colorado Lemon Laws – Colorado lemon laws allow for private passenger vehicles, used for personal, family or household reasons (not a business). Vehicles used to carry more than 10 persons are not covered. The vehicle must have been sold within the state (See part 2 of section 42-10-101); excluding motor homes and motorcycles. After 4 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service, the car can be classified as a lemon.
