Delaware Lemon Laws - Title 6, Subtitle II, chapter 50, Sections 5001 of the Delaware lemon laws states that Passenger motor vehicles, except motorcycles and living facilities of RVs, bought, leased or registered in the state are covered under their lemon laws. Delaware allows for 4 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service before it can be classifies as a lemon vehicle. Owners have only one year to deal with a car they believe to be a lemon.
