Kentucky Lemon Laws – Any vehicle bought and registered in the state of Kentucky is eligible under lemon laws assuming the vehicle is not one of the following: Conversion vans, motor homes, mopeds, motorcycles, farm equipment and vehicles with more than 2 axles as described in the definitions of section 367.841. Before one year or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) the car must have been subject to 4 repair attempts or 30 days out of service before a lemon law case can be made.
