Louisiana Lemon Laws – Any vehicle sold in Louisiana less than 10,000 pounds is eligible under lemon laws. Exceptions include motor homes, motorcycles, and vehicles used for commercial purposes. Within a year’s time, the owner must have made 4 repair attempts or had the car 30 calendar days out of service; section titled “Refund Entitlement”.
