Massachusetts Lemon Laws – All vehicles, except those used primarily for business purposes, off-road vehicles, auto homes and motorized bicycles are covered under this lemon law. Massachusetts also allows for 3 repair attempts - 15 business days out of service before a car can be called a lemon. The owner is given one year or 15,000 miles to make such a claim.
