Michigan

Michigan Lemon Laws - Vehicles (with four wheels) used for personal, family or household uses are covered. Fleets of less than 10, including pick-ups and vans are as well. The law excludes buses, trucks and motor homes. MCL 257.1403 section 3 requires 4 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service before a car can be issued as a lemon. The owner must make his or her case within a year of buying the vehicle.
