Mississippi Lemon Laws – A vehicle must be sold in this state and used primarily for personal, family or household purposes. Off-road vehicles, mopeds, motorcycles, and parts of a motor home added by the manufacturer of the motor home are not covered under lemon laws. 3 repair attempts or 15 working days out of service must pass before the car gets a lemon status. Owner has one year to file a complaint as stated in section 63-17-153.
