Nebraska Lemon Laws – Covered under Nebraska’s lemon laws are vehicles sold there, normally used for personal, family, household or business purposes, with the exception of self-propelled mobile homes. The vehicle must have gone through 4 repair attempts or 40 days out of service and it must be reported within a year of being purchased.
