Nevada Lemon Laws – Vehicles of all kinds are covered under this state’s lemon law except business vehicles, mobile homes, and off-road vehicles. Section 597.630 states. An owner has one year to file a complaint that they have a lemon but first the vehicle must be subject to 4 repair attempts or 30 calendar days out of service.
