New Hampshire Lemon Laws – Title 31, Chapter 357 states that New Hampshire’s lemon laws cover vehicles that were purchased or leased in that stat and must be under 9,000 pounds. The lemon laws do not cover tractors, off highway recreational vehicles, and mopeds. Owners have one year to claim they were sold a lemon vehicle and must have had 3 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service.
