Oklahoma Lemon Laws – Vehicles must be resisted in the state of Oklahoma if they wish to be classified as a lemon. Any vehicle under 10,000 pounds is covered. The only exception is the living areas of mobile homes. After 4 repair attempts, or 45 days out of service, the owner of the vehicle can file for lemon status and must do so within a year of the purchase date.
