Oregon Lemon Laws – Leased vehicles and motorcycles are eligible under lemon laws in Oregon as stated in statue 646.315-375. The vehicle must only be used for personal or family purposes. Before one year has expired (or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first) an owner may file for lemon status in order to get a refund, but only after the vehicle has been subjected to 4 repair attempts, or 30 days out of service.
