Pennsylvania Lemon Laws – Pennsylvania’s lemon laws are simple and straight-forward, stating that vehicles purchased or leased in the state, used primarily for personal, family or household purposes are eligible under lemon laws. Section 1954 describes what must be done before lemon status can be claimed. 3 repair attempts must have been made on the vehicle, or the owner has to have been without the car for 30 calendar days due to repairs.
