Tennessee Lemon Laws – Section 55-24-201 of Tennessee stats that and class “C” vehicle registered in the state is covered under their lemon laws. Assuming it is used for household and family purposes. Leased vehicles are also covered but motor homes, tractors, RVs, off-road vehicles and motorcycles are not. Only vehicles under 10,000 pounds are eligible under this law. The vehicle must go through 4 repair attempts, or be out of service for 30 calendar days before a lemon status can be claimed.
