Utah Lemon Laws – Utah lemon laws only cover new cars bought and sold in the state of Utah. Truck trailers, motorcycles, and the living areas of RVs are not covered. Also, commercial vehicles and any vehicle over 12,000 pounds are not covered. Within a year, the vehicle must be reported after 4 repair attempts or 30 days out of service in accordance with section 152-20-1.
